Article 1 (Application)
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") apply to all relationships between us and users regarding the use of the Service.
Any rules or notices we publish within the Service constitute part of these Terms.
Article 2 (Description of the Service)
The Service is a self-growth support app in which artificial intelligence (AI) analyzes the daily activity records that users enter in free text, and visualizes the results as ability scores, status, BUILD, profile summaries, and weekly/monthly reports.
The analysis results, suggestions, and evaluations provided by the Service are estimates and visualizations of trends based on the content you enter, and are not definitive assessments. They are not a substitute for medical treatment, psychological counseling, diagnosis, treatment, or other professional advice, and we do not provide the Service for such purposes. If you feel unwell physically or mentally, please consult a doctor, counselor, or other professional.
Article 3 (Consent to AI Analysis)
Because the core function of the Service is AI analysis of recorded content, users must consent to having the content of their records sent to and analyzed by an AI provider (Anthropic, PBC, etc.) in order to use the Service. If you do not consent on the consent screen during onboarding, you will not be able to use the Service.
Users may withdraw their consent to AI use at any time from the Settings screen (AI & Privacy). However, because consent to AI analysis is mandatory for using the Service, withdrawing consent requires you to also proceed with deleting your account and data (account closure). You cannot maintain your account and continue using the Service while your consent remains withdrawn.
The scope of information sent to the AI is limited to the minimum necessary, such as the text of your records, and does not include information that could identify you, such as your name or email address. For details, please see "Information Sent to / Not Sent to AI" in the Settings screen and our Privacy Policy.
Article 4 (Prohibited Acts)
In using the Service, users must not engage in any of the following acts.
Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
Acts that infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy, honor, or other rights or interests of us, other users, or third parties
Acts that interfere with, or may interfere with, the operation of the Service
Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
Using information obtained through the Service about others beyond the purpose of using the Service
Any other act that we deem inappropriate
Article 5 (Billing and Paid Plans)
In addition to a free plan, the Service offers a paid subscription plan (Premium) that provides access to additional features. The price and duration of the paid plan are as displayed on the purchase screen and on the App Store/Google Play store.
Unless canceled by the user, paid plans automatically renew at the end of each plan period, and the same price charged at the time of purchase will be charged again upon each renewal (in the event of a price change, the store's notice will apply).
To cancel, please do so from the subscription management screen of the store you used (App Store or Google Play) before the next renewal date. Deleting your account within the Service does not automatically cancel your subscription on the store side, so you must cancel separately through the store.
Even after cancellation, you may continue to use the paid plan's features until the already-paid period expires. Except as required by law, we do not provide refunds for payments already made.
Article 6 (Disclaimer)
We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or other qualities of the Service's analysis results or suggestions.
Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from the Service.
The Service may be changed, suspended, or terminated without prior notice.
Article 7 (Account Deletion and Data Erasure)
Users may apply to delete their account (close their account) at any time from the Settings screen.
Once account closure is complete, user data—including the original text of records, ability scores and analysis results, AI profiles, weekly/monthly reports, and account information—is completely deleted from the server and cannot be restored. Where payment records must be retained under applicable law, we may retain them separately, limited to the necessary scope and period.
Article 8 (Changes to These Terms)
We may change these Terms when we deem it necessary, by giving prior notice to users or by posting a notice within the Service. Except as we separately determine, the revised Terms take effect from the time they are posted within the Service.
Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
In the event of a dispute regarding the Service, the court having jurisdiction over our location shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
